Sheetbreaker
Terms of service
Last updated November 1, 2026
The service
Sheetbreaker reads a supplier price sheet (a spreadsheet, CSV, or a text PDF), matches rows to products in your Shopify store, and writes prices after review. A scan is not read. Sheetbreaker is made by Price King. These terms are between the merchant who installs the app and Jacob Abram Stevens.
Shopify and plans
You need a Shopify store. Shopify's terms apply to that store. There is no separate Sheetbreaker account.
Joining the list at https://pricekingapp.com does not install the app and is not a subscription. We store what you submit as the privacy policy describes. Email support@pricekingapp.com to be removed.
Free includes 3 sheet runs for the shop. Starter is $29 a month or $290 a year, charged by Shopify's Billing API. The prices in the app are the prices on the listing. We do not take payment outside Shopify.
If you cancel Starter, past runs stay visible and you can undo a run that was already applied. You cannot start a new run or write prices until you subscribe again.
Your sheets and your approval
You are responsible for the files you upload and for the prices you approve. A supplier sheet can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. We do not guarantee that a sheet is accurate, or that a suggested column is the column you want.
A Ready row means the checks in the app passed: an exact key match, a parsed price, a source cell, a change inside your threshold, and a sheet date newer than the last sheet applied for that supplier. Ready is not a promise that the price is the right one for your business. Review rows are for you to accept or leave. Problem rows are not applied automatically.
Undo puts back the price we stored from before that run, unless the price was changed in Shopify again after the apply. Undo does not move the supplier's last applied sheet date backward.
Automatic apply
Automatic apply is off until you turn it on for a supplier. When it is on, the app writes Ready rows only. It writes nothing while price writes are paused for the whole service. You can turn it off on that supplier's page.
Acceptable use
Upload only files you have the right to use. Do not attempt to access another shop's data, disrupt the service, or use the app to break the law.
Availability
The service can be interrupted for maintenance or a failure. We can pause all price writes if a bug could change prices incorrectly.
Privacy
The privacy policy at https://sheetbreaker.com/privacy describes what we store, who else processes it, how long we keep it, and how to ask for deletion. That policy is part of these terms.
Disclaimers
The app is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that every sheet will import, that every match will be the one you expect, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or a price that was wrong on a supplier sheet or that you approved. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for Sheetbreaker through Shopify during the three months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Ending the service
You can uninstall the app at any time in the Shopify admin. We can suspend access if you break these terms or if Shopify requires it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. If you keep using the app after that date, you are accepting the updated terms.
